The ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) won three of the four council
wards that had bye-elections on Saturday, April 6; the Botswana Congress
Party (BCP) got one.
The BDP won Etsha Six in the Okavango constituency, Kachikau in the
Maun/Chobe and Mokobeng in Tswapong South and BCP won Block one in
