IN a different context it has become known that Japan will invest in the high quality of bilateral co-operation, mainly aimed for training of the Angolan human resources. According to Ambassador Kazuhiko Koshikawa, to ensure the trengthening of the co-operation, the Japanese government has been contributing to construction of schools and vocational training centres. According to him, Angola experienced difficult times of war, but with the achievement of peace in 2002, the Angolan government started to invest in the national reconstruction and reconciliation, whilst now the executive has adopted as priority the training of staff that will trigger the country to progress.
