Eskom's power crisis spreads to Swaziland
Swazi King Mswati III has warned his citizens to be prepared for the shortage of electricity in Swaziland due to load shedding currently affecting South Africa. The king said this during the opening of Parliament in Lobamba. According to him, the Swaziland Electricity Board, together with government, were working on strategies to be used to ensure that electricity shortages did not affect business in the country. He said that the long term strategy would include the use of natural resources to generate electricity.
